Q:Where are you located?
A: We are located in beautiful Chester County Pennsylvania and will be servicing areas in Southeastern PA. If you sign up on the app and put in your zip code and you receive a message saying we do not service your area please contact us and we will try and work with you. Keep in mind as we grow we will be able to service a larger area.
Q: Where can I get my gas delivered?
A: Anywhere you'd like! Home, Work, School, the gym the possibilities are endless as long as it's in our service area!

Q: What type of fuel do you offer?
A: 87 octane, 93 octane with plans to offer Ultra Low Sulfur Diesel Fuel and Off Road Diesel (dyed) in the near future. We can also help you with Ethanol Free in larger quantities.
Q: How will you access my fuel tank?
A: When you place your order, open up your fuel door. Once we have completed refueling we will close it up for you.
Q: How do I pay?
A: All of your payments will be handled in the Get Fueled App and is processed by Stripe, a secure payment platform utilized by thousands of businesses. A receipt will be emailed to you and records will be kept in our system.
Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: If you cancel before we are heading your way no problem! If we can't access your vehicle or you cancel while we are in route to your location you will be billed $25.00.
Q: What is corporate fueling?
A: If you are a business owner or manager and want to offer a great perk to your employees you can pay the monthly membership fee and your employees can have their vehicles fueled by us only having to pay for the fuel.
Q: Where does Get Fueled get its fuel?
A: Get Fueled uses the same suppliers as your local retail stations offering the same high quality fuel your vehicles need.
Q: Do you only fuel cars and trucks?
A: No, we can fuel anything that takes any of the fuels we offer. We are happy to fill up gas cans, generators, tractors, snow blowers, boats, RV's, UTV's, ATV's, excavation equipment and so much more!
If you are a homeowner and utilize our Family Plan smaller auxiliary items such as gas cans and mowers (at our discretion) we will fuel up at no additional cost other than the cost of fuel dispensed.
Q: I'm a business owner with a fleet of vehicles. Can this save me money?
A: Absolutely, by utilizing our fleet fueling service you will free up time for your employees to get more work done instead of wasting it at the pump.
